Ticket Sales & Refunds

All ticket sales are processed securely through our ticketing partners.

Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event date, minus transaction fees.

Tickets are transferable; name changes can be made up to 7 days before the event.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
We are not responsible for third-party ticket resale platforms.
4. Award Entries

All award nominations are submitted through AwardForce.

Entrants must ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Judging decisions are final and made by an independent panel.

Entries may be used (in part) for promotional purposes with the entrant’s consent.
